| Bob MacLean | The single greatest practise I have discovered that helps me bring the most peace to my heart is swimming. It\'s nice indoors, but it is particularly calming when swimming outdoors in a pool; even more so in fresh water pond; and ablove all, the most pervading sense of peace comes with swimming in the Ocean, lifeblood of the planet, the great gloabal wrap-around source of life connecting us all, literally and metaphorically. When I can't swim, I like to run or walk, or bike besides the Ocean, or on paths in the woods, or up hillsides and mountains. Whatever the practices that best inculcate peace in you, do not< EVER, EVERR abandon them. They are all siblings in the one great practise of honoring and knowing our connection to the Divine Mystery, God's gift of life, love, and the consciousness of being embodied sould. |

| Logan | Interesting concept. The logo of a dove and olive leaf makes a good point of the origin of peace. When the Earth was filled with selfishness, a flood came. After 47 days, a dove returned with an olive leaf which symbolized the receding of the waters and a fresh start with God. I believe I need that fresh start everyday. Then peace is certainly visible. |
