I am an Art Teacher for 192 children, (K - 8) at a charter public school in Oregon. We share a school building with 180 children (K - 5) from the public school we share a building with. All of the students made Pinwheels for Peace this past week. We will be spinning our pinwheels with drawings and peace poems written on them on Monday morning, September 22nd. Our students, together with millions of other children from around the world are making a stand (and sharing a spin) for our personal and shared desires for peace within and throughout the world. | John/Eshalom Samu-el | To find inner peace, one must activate the Sacred Heart, which the Heart Connection provides for all. The Heart Connection is very simple. Place your hands upon the area surrounding your thymus with your thumb and forefingers touching your collar bones, right below the chin. In fact your chin should be able to touch your hand. Then take at least five deep breaths. For the majority of people will FEEL their Soul Heart awakening by the third or fourth breath. If you not FEEL anything, then take as many breathes as needed to FEEL the warming of your hand and heart. You have ignited the flame of God within. You have activated your Sacred Heart. It is through this point we can make a difference. We can bring people to our mind\'s eye and then to our Sacred Heart/Soul Heart and send them Love Energy, Heart to Heart, Soul to Soul from the inside out, rather than the outside in. Do this exercise at least three times daily and be the co-faciliator of the miracles in your life and the world. Share this with everyone near and far. This is a gift to awaken our Soul Heart, our Sacred Heart. To feel and to communicate with all realms of God, seen and unseen. Your inner light will become brighter and you will be walking with Spirit. You have opened the invitation to allow your Soul to work with you rather than not for the highest and best for you and the world. Be In Joy! |
