Qualifying Form for New Business Relationships
HeartMath’s Alliance Program is a broad based licensing program that embraces a two-pronged business model:

1. Instruction of HeartMath® tools and techniques in the form of our branded workshops.

2. Distribution of HeartMath products, primarily the Freeze-Framer® Interactive Learning System, to support the training business and to reach a broader consumer market.

We welcome interested parties who meet the following standards to submit to Howard Martin, Executive Vice President, Strategic Development the Alliance Qualifier form for consideration:

2 years experience in the delivery of workshops, seminars, etc.
Existing organizational clients
A minimum of US$500K+ per year derived from existing client base
Order processing and fulfillment systems to support product distribution within the consumer market
An existing e-commerce platform (Web site and on-line store)
Capability to deliver HeartMath programs in English and, if needed, to translate training materials
Agree to pay an initial training and licensing fee and meet financial benchmarks that include royalties and product sales throughout the length of the relationship
